B2B acquisition studio

B2B clients, not leads.

I build your complete acquisition system: outbound, Meta Ads, CRM and lead scoring. Set up inside your own tools, built to keep running without me.

The problem

Three failures that turn up in almost every B2B company.

  1. 01

You don’t have enough qualified B2B leads.

The pipeline runs on your network and referrals, which makes it impossible to forecast.

  2. 02

You have the tools, but they don’t talk to each other.

CRM, contact database, campaigns: each in its own corner, and nobody really knows what works.

  3. 03

The few leads you do get slip away.

No scoring, no structured follow-up, and the acquisition work goes up in smoke.

What actually changes

Today With the system
Volume Whatever your network happens to bring in this month A qualified lead volume you actually steer
Predictability One good month, two flat ones, and no idea why A pipeline you can forecast three months out
Your tools CRM, database, campaigns: each in its own corner Wired together, one single source of truth
Lead handling First come, first served, on gut feel By potential, backed by scoring
If we stop Everything leaves with the agency Everything stays: your accounts, your access, documented

I spent two years as Head of Business at Pappers, where I built acquisition from zero. Here is where it stood when I left.

4M
monthly users, from 0
1,000
paying clients
€2M
in revenue
7,000
API users
8
packaged products, from 1
25

Since then I do the same for B2B companies of 10 to 100 people. On my own, with the tools I build myself when what exists isn’t enough.

What I offer

Three ways in, one common thread.

The thread never changes: bringing you clients. What changes is where you start — understanding, feeding, or industrialising.

01

Audit and 90-day roadmap

€1,750 excl. VAT deducted from the engagement that follows

For you if you know your acquisition could do better, without knowing where to start.

I audit your full stack: acquisition channels, CRM, data, tracking, lead handling. You leave with a map of your funnel, the leaks identified, three high-impact actions you can run within 30 days, and a costed 90-day roadmap.

Two weeks. The deliverable can be executed by your team or by me.

03

Full system

On quote

For you if you already generate leads and too many of them get lost along the way.

The CRM becomes the backbone: automatic enrichment, lead scoring, nurturing sequences, retargeting, and your tools connected to one another. When what exists isn’t enough, I build what’s missing.

This is the level where acquisition becomes a system that runs without daily intervention.

Client work

What that looks like, plainly.

€5M generated for my clients

30 to 50

qualified B2B leads a month, and 5 deals signed

Outbound, Meta Ads and a custom CRM

The situation
Acquisition to build from scratch, with no system and no tooling to handle what came in.
What I did
Set up outbound and Meta campaigns, then built a custom CRM with lead scoring, creditworthiness checks, nurturing sequences and retargeting.
The result
60 qualified leads in the first two months of campaigns, 5 deals signed, several tenders spotted, and cost per lead cut in half since the CRM went live.

+€40,000

in ARR per month, and an organisation ready to scale

Meta Ads, outbound and connected CRM scoring

The situation
A sales team already in place, a need for qualified volume at the top of the funnel, and a CRM that wasn’t prioritising incoming leads.
What I did
Designed and ran the Meta Ads campaigns including creative production, built multichannel outbound sequences, then deployed a scoring matrix in their CRM, wired to the rest of their stack.
The result
Several hundred qualified meetings, over €40,000 in ARR generated per month, and scoring that lets the sales team work leads by potential rather than by arrival order.

€0

extra annual cost, for a completely rethought acquisition stack

Audit of the acquisition system

The situation
A winning business carried by client relationships, with no tooled acquisition system. Three people prospecting, none of them full time.
What I did
Analysed Salesforce exports and activity data, ran a full audit of the stack, costed the tooling trade-offs, reviewed the existing sequences critically, and produced a roadmap split into seven standalone projects.
The result
The audit pinpoints where their growth is actually decided, and costs out a complete tooling switch without raising the annual budget.

19%

reply rate across 10,000 cold messages

Sublaunch

A custom prospecting tool and outbound at scale

The situation
A vast, fragmented audience to qualify that no tool on the market could handle at the volume required.
What I did
Built a custom prospecting tool: target scraping, automatic scoring, a dedicated page generated for each prospect, then data-driven cold outreach campaigns.
The result
270,000 profiles analysed in three months, 20,000 matching the ideal client, 10,000 cold messages sent for a 19% reply rate, and over 100 qualified meetings generated.

What you get

The tools, running.

At the end of the engagement, this is what remains: tools set up in your own accounts, that your team runs without me. Here are five of them, working.

Service 01 · Audit

The deliverable doesn’t stop at the diagnosis.

Every recommendation is weighed and costed: what stays, what gets replaced, what it costs per year. You leave with a roadmap your team can execute without me.

audit · document handed to the client

01 · Key findings

Your engine is your existing clients

~85%conversion on accounts that are already clients
~25%conversion on cold outreach
€0extra cost for the full target stack

What I recommend

Structure what already works, and tool up cold outreach in parallel.

Make shared data the prerequisite for both workstreams.

Start now on the projects whose lead time can’t be compressed.

03 · Tooling audit

06 · Roadmap

Seven standalone projects

Each piece can be launched on its own, and tracked separately.

Service 02 · Acquisition

Campaigns your sales team can actually read.

Every lead arrives with its campaign, its declared activity and its handling status. Cost per attended meeting reads at a glance, without ever opening the ads manager.

Service 02 · Acquisition

Several angles in parallel, one winner.

The creative isn’t decoration: each variant tests a different promise. The one that comes out on top takes the budget, the others stay in reserve.

Five angles running in parallel, same starting budget. After ten days, the gap in cost per lead decides the split on its own.

Budget follows performance, not preferences.

Service 03 · Full system

Scoring reorders the database.

The score combines engagement, activity, fit with your ideal client, financial health and recency, then surfaces the accounts worth a call today.

The database is no longer read by arrival order, but by potential.

Service 03 · Full system

A lead runs through the matrix.

Strong signals trigger an immediate call. The rest accumulates, drops back on negative signals, loses value over time, then crosses a threshold that decides the action.

Sales works by potential, no longer by arrival order.

The method

Four steps, in this order.

  1. 01

    We look at what exists.

Your channels, your CRM, your data, the way you handle leads. We find where it leaks.

    • Channels
    • CRM
    • Data
    • Leak points
  2. 02

    We prioritise.

Not everything has the same impact. We start with what pays back fastest.

    • Costed impact
    • Estimated effort
    • Running order
  3. 03

    We build.

In your tools, not mine. Sequences, campaigns, CRM, automations.

    • Sequences
    • Campaigns
    • Scoring
    • Automations
  4. 04

    We hand you the keys.

Processes documented, team trained. The system holds without me.

    • Documented processes
    • Trained team
    • Your access, your accounts

And then it runs without me.

This is the part of the method I care about most. Your team takes over a system that keeps producing, with or without me. If you call me back, it’s to build the next piece, not to maintain the last one.

FAQ

The questions that come up.

What does it cost?

The audit is €1,750 excl. VAT, deducted from the engagement that follows. For acquisition and the full system, the figure depends on scope and channels: I quote it after our first call, once I know what there is to build. My engagements start at €1,950 excl. VAT per month.

You work alone. How do you handle several clients?

I take on few clients at a time, and that is deliberate. You work with the person who builds, not with a salesperson who then hands you to a junior. Whatever I can’t do, I tell you before we sign.

Do I stay dependent on you?

No, and that is the whole point. Everything is set up in your tools, with your access and your accounts. Processes are documented and your team is trained. If we stop, the system keeps running.

How long before the first results?

Two to four weeks on acquisition, the time it takes to build the sequences or campaigns and let the first tests run. The full system takes several months to build, but the pieces ship and produce one by one.

Do you commit to a number of leads?

No. Committing to a figure without knowing your market, your offer and your sales cycle would be an empty promise. I commit to what gets built and to the metrics we track, and whatever doesn’t work is stopped or fixed.

Is there a minimum term?

No lock-in. I recommend three months minimum on acquisition, because below that there isn’t enough distance to measure anything, but you stay free to leave at any point.

What kind of companies do you work with?

B2B companies of 10 to 100 people, with a proven offer and existing clients. Some have no structured acquisition at all, others have one they want to improve or tool properly. If you’re looking to validate a product, or working in B2C, I’m not the right person.

Let’s talk

Thirty minutes
to find out
if it’s useful.

A scoping conversation, not a sales call.

  • We open your numbers.

Your channels, your CRM, what happens to your leads today.

  • I tell you what I would do.

First, and why. Whether you work with me afterwards or not.

  • You won’t be chased.

If it isn’t for you, I say so during the call and we leave it there.

“I was looking to structure my acquisition, my marketing and the hiring of my first people. The programme let me put a clear strategy in place to take Simply Carbon to market in the best possible conditions. I highly recommend working with him.”
